Hi, my name is Ashley, I am so glad you made it here. This may have been a challenge for you, maybe it’s something you’ve been putting off for a while now, or perhaps this is your first time navigating your mental health journey. Regardless, it’s confusing, am I right? No worries, you and I will go through this together while helping you figure out what “feeling better” looks like for you. I believe we can still bloom in the shadows. This may sound like a lot of unknown, but you will always be in the driver seat as we find a solution to the issue, no matter how big or small it is.
