Who can you tell about your pain, openly, and without judgment? Bringing lots of curiosity & compassion, I help clients when life really hurts. I work with individuals, couples, & families. You might be asking yourself, “who am I? Who are we? Where is this going? What do I really want here? Can I find hope in the midst of this?” Perhaps you are making choices you don’t really want, or hurting people close to you. That is where I can help. My approach helps clients clarify the layers of their experience to make sense of life, connect with hope, and create change. I’m equal parts curious and creative, and ready to hear your story.
I will learn about the systems that make you YOU. Oftentimes, our lives continue family legacies, patterns, and stories that started long before us. Rooted in this understanding, I use systemic models to help with various issues, including: grief and loss, caregiver stress, women's mental health, and couples in conflict.
I know how hard it is to pick a therapist out of a lineup, deciding based on a profile picture and some text, “can I trust this person? Can they really help me?” I invite you to drop a message or give me a call if you’re curious. I want to hear from you, and together we can find out if working together feels like a good match. I’m ready to get to know you.

Groups
We Bloom: Women's Creative Mental Health Group
We Bloom is a creative group for women seeking to improve their mental health in a supportive setting. The power of creating a supportive community is a unique avenue for strengthening resilience, emotional wellbeing, and improving one's mood and sense of self. Our group is facilitated by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and Board-Certified Music Therapist. We use techniques from music therapy, borrow from art therapy and creative/expressive therapies, while incorporating group psychotherapy, humor, and good old fashioned in-person connection.
