I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, faith and religious transitions, attachment concerns, trauma, and major life changes. I personally understand the complexity that often comes with change, including the grief, uncertainty, and growth that can exist side by side.
I draw from Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other approaches as needed, always tailoring therapy to your unique needs rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all model. I am particularly skilled with faith transitions, attachment concerns, trauma, and anxious clients.
