About
Are you struggling with life transitions, college, trauma, or difficult relationships? As a therapist, my goal is to help facilitate your journey towards positive change and control of your life. Clients seeking personal growth in communication, healthy relationships, and assertiveness will find helpful resources with my practice. I believe in cost efficient therapy. I enjoy helping those who are seeking autonomy, positive feelings of self-worth, and the ability to adapt to stressful situations through real coping skills. Many of my clients focus on boundary work, assertiveness, and ending family trauma cycles.
I have worked in the field of trauma for the past six years, focusing on healing from sexual, emotion, and physical abuse. I have experience with clients seeking to break out of burnout, feel less anxious, and find systems for their depression. I work to be an affirming therapist in all aspects and have years of working with emerging adults/college students.
As a therapist, I aim to provide the tools you need to help process the stress and trauma of your life. I hope to provide a safe space to engage in healing and use an affirmative approach with my clients. Please contact me if you are interested in a consultation to learn more about my practice and approach to therapy. - Ashley (she/her/hers)
