Hello! I'm Ashley. As a clinical therapist and ovarian cancer survivor, I am passionate about helping women navigate a diagnosis of reproductive cancer and post treatment. Many women with a cancer diagnosis face emotional distress, body image concerns, identity challenges, intimacy challenges, trauma, and isolation. They need emotional support, coping strategies, and help rebuilding their identity and confidence. As a therapist, I will approach your situation with a combination of empathy, understanding, and evidence-based strategies. It would be my privilege to support you through your journey. I look forward to meeting you!
Together we can work on goals including achieving emotional stability, embracing body changes, reclaiming your life, building resilience, empowerment, understanding, hope, normalcy, and healing to improve your quality of life.
