I will meet you with respect, kindness, & empathy, while also speaking openly & straightforwardly about our work together. I believe you are the expert on your own life & that I am merely a facilitator of healing and change.

My primary therapeutic orientation is psychodynamic, which means that we will explore & examine the influences from your past that are impacting present-day relationships & behaviors. I am passionate about helping others better understand themselves, their relationships, & the patterns that often keep us stuck & unable to make positive and lasting changes.

The path we will walk together to achieve your life goals may be difficult at times, but I am committed to providing understanding & guidance along the way.
