About
As a therapist, it is my aim to create a space for my clients to feel welcome, safe, and supported. I most enjoy working with teens and adults on a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, disordered eating and body image, life transitions, and perfectionist tendencies.
Each person needs something different from therapy, so I employ an eclectic approach. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness with a person centered and strengths-based focus. My goal with each session is for the client to leave feeling seen and heard.
Each person’s journey with healing is different and I would be honored to be a part of yours!
