If your home feels more like a battlefield than a sanctuary, or if you keep finding yourself in the same painful patterns no matter how hard you try to break them, you're in the right place. I work with individuals, couples, and families who want more peace, more connection, and more confidence in how they relate to the people they love. I also work with survivors of betrayal trauma, narcissistic abuse, and intergenerational wounds who are ready to stop letting the past run the show. For Spanish-speaking and bilingual clients, I offer fully fluent therapy in Spanish, one of the very few therapists in Huntsville able to offer that.

My approach is warm and relational, but I will tell you honestly what I see. Clients often say I'm the kind of therapist who is genuinely in their corner and won't let them stay stuck. I use Brainspotting, PCIT, the Gottman Method, and other evidence-based approaches, always tailored to what you actually need rather than a one-size-fits-all plan.

I see individuals, couples, and families in person in Huntsville or via telehealth, including some evenings and weekends. I accept BCBS and All Kids insurance, offer a sliding scale, and can provide a superbill for out-of-network clients.
