I use a Christ-centered approach to therapy for clients ages 13 and older, including individual counseling and family therapy. I have experience treating grief, trauma, women's issues, depression, anxiety, PTSD, codependency, military-related issues (I'm an Air Force Vet), parenting, world majority/cultural concerns, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, and more. With empathy, grace, and the love of Christ, I aim to remind you of all the benefits you possess as a child of God. No matter what you’re going through, there is no problem too difficult for our God.
God blessed me with the ability to connect personally with people from all walks of life and with various presenting problems. I offer a welcoming space where you can feel comfortable sharing whatever is on your mind and heart. I aim to be in tune with your needs and will adapt each session to meet those needs while remaining sensitive to the Holy Spirit.
