My work with you centers around the exploration of who you are, your deepest values, and what your current challenges (and opportunities) want to show you. Together, we will invite your questions, hopes, desires, resistance into the room and through deep listening move through struggle and into flow. It is my passion and privilege to support others on their way. I am not here to give advice; I am here to help you strengthen your own knowing.
Healing is not just about confronting challenges — it’s about connecting to what makes you feel fully alive. When given the right conditions, the soul naturally moves toward wholeness. I meet you exactly where you are with warm acceptance, honoring your unique journey. Together, we co-create the conditions where your growth, joy, and renewal can emerge.
I work best with curious individuals who are ready to look within, not as a problem to solve but as the deepest resource of insight & possibility. With you every step, I'll invite you to pay attention to your body’s symptoms and signals, listen to what your dreams, desires & fears reveal to you, and more fully align with your greatest energy and wisdom.

Therapeutic Writing Group - 10 weeks Starts May 13

Therapeutic writing fosters insight and self-discovery. Hidden truths emerge through therapeutic tools and practices, and when we share ourselves with others, our sense of shame, anxiety, and isolation give way to healing connection. This group is for you if you long to know yourself more deeply through the process of writing - no writing experience needed. This group is protected by therapeutic standards of confidentiality and non-judgment. To determine if you and the group are a good fit, let's discuss your needs and intentions.
