I work with people somatically and intuitively, supporting their integration and well-being. My work is rooted in the wisdom of the body's innate capacity for regulation, healing, and evolution. I have found that when life or our psychology has gotten too complex, the route to peace and intuition can be made simple.
Some people come to me carrying the weight of overwhelm, disconnection from self and others, or years of trying to improve themselves. Yet despite all their effort, they wonder why change hasn't translated into real life. Instead of circular emotional analysis, or forceful attempts at change, we learn to listen to what your system is already communicating.
