I will guide you with genuine connection and care to learn to understand and trust your internal experience. I believe in examining our core beliefs, foundational relationships, and deeply held values to gain a strong sense of self that will guide healing and provide you with a foundation for a lifetime of wellness and confidence.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in the field of mental health. My passion is working with people who have experienced trauma, who are adjusting to or living with chronic illness, who are navigating grief, and first responders and their families. I believe deeply in the healing value of the therapeutic process.

I bring a warm, empathetic, and open approach to counseling, offering a safe space and acceptance from the moment you walk through the door. I use mindfulness, somatic healing techniques, EMDR, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to guide you on your journey of self-discovery.
