The reality of life is that it is hard. I genuinely love what I do because I get to help people learn how to find ways to make the hard times feel more manageable, and find and create more of the beautiful moments. It truly is an honor to be able to walk alongside someone as they discover how to enhance their life. My style is client-centered, as I believe it is important to meet my clients right where they’re at on their journeys. I believe our minds are incredible: incredibly complex yet thankfully also malleable. I value being able to provide a therapy environment that is safe, calm, and confidential.
I work with children, teens, and adults who are struggling with a variety of challenges (anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, etc.). It is also a passion of mine to support pregnancy, postpartum, and other perinatal concerns. I am happy to incorporate faith and biblical principles when it is requested, and provide brainspotting as well.
