My name is Ashley and I am a Licensed Social Worker. I received my Master's in Social Work with a concentration in Clinical Practice with Families and Children from Monmouth University. My experience has been working with adults of all ages and families who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and/or trauma.

Every person is is made up of unique experiences. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space that allows for the ebbs and flows in life. I understand there is no "cookie cutter" treatment plan and I strive to collaborate with clients to reach their goals and develop coping skills.

Therapy is a way to better understand how to take of yourself and I am here to help. It can often be a way to navigate difficult life events and explore past experiences that are influencing current behavior. Understanding yourself and your feelings can help to navigate when feeling overwhelmed or disconnected.
