I have been providing clinical care to children, adolescents, adults, and families for over ten years and enjoy incorporating a holistic approach to help client achieve healing, and reach their treatment goals. A collaborative approach is important and I look forward to partnering with you to help you achieve the healing, growth, and the change you desire! I specialize in trauma, caregiver fatigue, burnout, and body positivity. I also enjoy incorporating mind-body work, movement, and mindful-eating principles to help you heal from the inside out.
I have received specialized graduate-level education, training, and experience in Christian Counseling and integrate faith-based interventions in session as requested. I also support non-diet concepts and body acceptance to help clients re-examine their relationship with food and learn to honor their body while obtaining a balanced lifestyle.
