Humans are built for connection, and my goal is to help clients reach a place where they feel connected to their authentic selves and are able to connect with those who are important to them. I seek to empower my clients by helping them make sense of their history, imagine what a hopeful future might look like, and realize the great resources they already have access to within themselves.
Since 2010, I have worked with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing a wide range of challenges. My primary areas of practice include anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, grief, loss, & complex trauma as a result of child abuse, neglect, violence, traumatic loss, & child welfare involvement.
I am a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner, and am trained in several other modalities including Integrative Treatment for Complex Trauma for Adolescents (ITCT-A) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I hope to create a safe and inclusive space for all of my clients to experience self-compassion, growth, and healing.
