Hello, my name is Ashley, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and have trained in therapeutic techniques like EMDR therapy. My twenty years of experience include a clinical setting at an inpatient psychiatric hospital, a university counseling center, and a private practice. I have worked with clients impacted by depression, anxiety, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges affecting their home and work life. I believe growth starts by looking closely at family of origin dynamics, the impact of early attachment, and personality development.
