Therapy can be a space to digest issues and deeper wounds, and to offer tools to strengthen connection within ourselves and others, in order to bring harmony, growth, and healing. I find passion working with BIPOC folks, people in the LGBTQ+ community, multicultural couples and families, those that are going through relationship difficulties, grief, life changes, and wanting to do inner child work.
My intention in therapy is to offer clients my presence, a sense of grounded energy, compassion, and curiosity for you to feel safe enough to explore the depths of your being & the relationships that you are in. I believe that inner wisdom is present in each of us, and I aim to work collaboratively with you to navigate life and relationships with more ease.
I am also a yoga & mindfulness teacher, a Somatic Experiencing student, and lean on integrating somatic approaches in therapy. If you are interested in working with me or simply have the curiosity on how therapy may look like for you, please reach out and I'd be happy to connect.
