Hi, I’m so glad you are here. I know searching for the right therapist can be overwhelming and getting started can be the hardest part. I am here to help! Being part of someone’s therapeutic journey is a privilege and helping people heal is my passion. I am a 2008 graduate of The Ohio State University with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The time I’ve spent providing Individual/ Family Therapy, Hospice, Crisis and Trauma Treatment has taught me the power of a solid therapeutic relationship and ongoing collaboration. I place a strong emphasis on both, as well as understanding your needs and goals.
As a trauma specialist I take a client centered, strength based, trauma focused approach as there is no one size fits all therapy. Trauma is anything that overwhelms your ability to cope, so it affects many of us. That’s why I want to get to know you as a person, so you can feel confident in the steps you are taking to invest yourself and your mental health.
