Hi, I’m so glad you are here. I know searching for the right therapist can be overwhelming and getting started can be the hardest part. I am here to help! Being part of someone’s therapeutic journey is a privilege and helping people heal is my passion. I’m a 2008 MSW graduate of The Ohio State University with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The time I’ve spent providing Individual/ Family Therapy, Hospice Care, Crisis and Trauma Treatment has taught me the power of a solid therapeutic relationship and ongoing collaboration. I place a strong emphasis on both, as well as understanding your individualized goals.
As a trauma specialist I take a client centered approach as there is no one size fits all therapy. That’s why I want to understand your life and the impact of your experiences, so you can feel confident in the steps you are taking to invest yourself and your mental health. I also have a sub specialty helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause.
