Maybe they’re tired of the same old thought spirals, the same old relationship patterns, the same old doom-scrolling-to-dissociate at the end of the day. Many have gone through faith shifts and are finding their way to a spirituality (or a life) that actually fits who they are now. I’m a relational, psychodynamic-at-heart therapist, which means the way I work will help you get to the heart of what’s underneath all those surface struggles. I use EMDR, parts work, body-based/somatics, and emotion-focused methods to support your healing and growth. I also specialize in helping those navigating OCD with exposure-based therapy.
