About
I enjoy working with individuals who are open to feedback and willing to try new approaches to resolve their struggles. I believe that each individual is the expert in his or her own life, and when someone collaborates in a therapeutic relationship and makes an investment in their treatment they can achieve amazing outcomes. I am particularly interested in working with individuals and families experiencing mood disorders, psychosis, and those struggling with substance mis-use. I have a passion for helping those with severe and persistent mental illness maintain stability and reach their full potential.
The majority of my work has been with adults experiencing mental illness and substance use disorders. I provide a holistic and client centered approach. This means that care provided will be individualized according to the needs of the client. Please see website for more details.
I provide a safe space for individuals to express their thoughts and feelings freely without judgment. It is my goal to make sure that each of my clients feel that they can be heard, that they are important, and that they can conquer whatever they may be facing.
