I'm a perinatal therapist, working with moms at all different stages of matrescence (aka the process of becoming a mother). Welcome, mothers. This space is for you. This space is for you if are experiencing postpartum depression/anxiety, fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, infant loss, birth trauma, caregiver overwhelm, mom guilt and rage, loss of identity, mental load exhaustion, and loneliness. My hope is to come alongside you in this motherhood journey offering you a warm space to make sense of your experiences, reconnect with yourself, highlight your strengths, and find more avenues of support.
I am a PMH-C (perinatal mental health certified) and have 10+ years of training in psychodynamic therapy and 5 years training in DIR Floortime, in which I helped parents of neurodiverse children connect to their kids through play. I offer individual therapy to expecting, new, and seasoned moms, as well as parent coaching.
