Hi, I’m Ashley.
I’m a licensed independent social worker with 6 years of practice. My approach to therapy is honest, down-to-earth, and focused on helping you find real solutions. I’m not here to sugarcoat or judge, I’m here to walk alongside you as you untangle the hard stuff, build on your strengths, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

I have experience in evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Theraplay. My experience allows me to enable me to tailor treatment plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each client and family.
I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, build resilience, and achieve positive change. I will individualize treatment goals with all clients to help you achieve your highest potential.
