We all want to feel safe, loved, connected, and happy. This can be hard to attain when we have struggled through trauma, abandonment, rejection, shame and loss. Often these experiences create a feeling of "not good enough" that is really tough to overcome on our own. We need a healing container where we can be real, vulnerable, and messy, and be met with gentleness, compassion, and authentic acceptance. From this place of being seen and feeling safe, we can learn different ways of being with others and ourselves. This is what I am honored to offer to you, wherever you are on your path.
I use a trauma-informed somatic approach to help you connect with your inner strength and resiliency. Through awareness and intention, I’ll help you build a different relationship with your body, beliefs, and emotions so you can be more present in your experience. I integrate shamanic healing and holistic modalities to support the counseling process.
