Life can feel overwhelming, especially when anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, or life changes leave you feeling stuck. You don't have to go through it alone. I help individuals, couples, and teens in Carmel, Indianapolis, and throughout Indiana. Together, we'll create a safe, compassionate space to heal, gain clarity, strengthen relationships, and build practical tools for lasting change. My goal is to help you move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and hope.

I provide integrative, trauma-informed therapy for anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and relationship issues. I also support life transitions and attachment patterns. I use evidence-based approaches, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), to help reduce emotional distress, improve regulation, and support lasting healing and change.

It can be hard to reach out when you've been carrying so much on your own for a long time. Many people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or weighed down by anxiety, trauma, and relationship stress. You don’t have to face these challenges alone.
