You may look like you're doing fine on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck on the inside. I work with individuals, couples, and teens in Carmel, Indianapolis, and throughout Indiana. Clients often come to me when they're struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, difficult past experiences, or challenging life transitions. They want to feel more like themselves again. Together, we'll understand what's keeping you stuck, create healthier ways of coping and connecting, and build practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, relationship and attachment issues, and life transitions. I offer individual and couples counseling, as well as Accelerated Resolution Therapy, using an integrative approach tailored to your needs, goals, and pace. I help client gain clarity, heal, and reconnect.

Reaching our for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you've been carrying so much on your own. You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
