With 24 years of experience as a social worker, I have worked with various populations and communities. I am licensed in AL, MS, and TN. I offer counseling services to adults. I specialize in the treatment of PTSD, depression, grief, anxiety, adjustment, mood and other disorders. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
I believe each individual has a personal journey and while on their personal journey of growth and transformation they have the ability to positively affect the lives of others.
