Sometimes there is confusion about the next chapter, pain from traumatic experiences, and/or a lack of self-love among many other possibilities. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which focuses on changing unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, feelings and behaviors to improve the client's quality of life. Additionally, I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, an evidence-based type of cognitive-behavioral therapy, for clients who have a history of trauma.
