Limited Morning & Lunchtime Availability (Updated: 11/29/2023) - Forming genuine human relationships and collaboratively working with clients toward meeting their personal goals to live a happier, healthier, and fulfilling life is one of my greatest passions. I have special interest in working with young adults going through life stages of change. My approach is trauma-informed, strength-based, client-centered, and customized to each client's needs using a combination of modalities.
I have MS in Forensic Psychology and experience that includes working with individuals of all ages struggling with mental health and substance use ailments. I have significant experience working with the LGBTQ+ community and those struggling with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), ADHD, behavioral addictions disordered eating, and invisible illnesses.
As you embark on your journey to find a therapist that will best meet your needs, I encourage you to reach out if you have any questions. I offer a free 30-minute consultation, if desired, to help form your decision about the best counselor for you. It's all about the client-clinician connection! I look forward to connecting with you.
