My approach is trauma-informed, strength-based, client-centered, and customized to each client's needs using a combination of modalities.
I have MS in Forensic Psychology and experience that includes working with individuals of all ages struggling with mental health and substance use ailments. I have significant experience working with the LGBTQ+ community and those struggling with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), ADHD, behavioral addictions disordered eating, and invisible illnesses.
