Hi, I’m a totally imperfect (and proudly so!) licensed social worker and therapist. I bring a little oddball energy, a lot of calm, and 100% authenticity. I believe in meeting people where they are and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, grief, trauma, or just feeling stuck. Therapy with me is real, relational, and person-centered. I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and a touch of humor. You don’t have to do this alone.

I’m not here to “fix” you—because you’re not broken. I believe therapy is less about diagnoses and more about being seen, heard, and supported just as you are. My approach is laid-back, quirky, and deeply human. You’ll find no judgment here, only a safe space to breathe, explore, and begin again.

I meet people where they are, not where they “should” be. My work is person-centered, which means you get to show up as your full, messy, beautiful self—and we’ll work together to create something meaningful from wherever you’re starting. Healing isn’t linear, and growth doesn’t require perfection.
