NEW motherhood support group starting Friday September 13th, 2024 in Glen Echo, MD - Running for 10 weeks! Looking to create a community of mothers who want to gain a sense of connection with other local mothers in the area, and learn about the latest research in mental health relating to motherhood from a trained licensed therapist, who advocates for women's mental health. Life is busy with kids and work, but prioritizing creating, maintaining, and supporting your own village is so necessary. You can take this self care step by making yourself and your mental health a priority.
