I have extensive experience with at-risk youth and families and psychoeducational programs across multiple topics, including mental health, relationship issues, substance use, LGBTQ needs, trauma, and others.
I specialize in solution-focused therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy, in which we will set goals together to address your needs. I also offer DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and ACT so that I can tailor services to meet your needs.
