Are you looking for someone to support you on your journey towards improving your mental health? Life can be very difficult and overwhelming at times. I have provided counseling in many different settings, including an eating disorder clinic, a residential treatment center for adolescents in the foster care system, a treatment center for adults with substance use disorder and a center for survivors of torture, working with refugees and asylum seekers.
Currently, I am working towards obtaining my play therapist credentialing and work with kiddos as young as 5!
I am very passionate about helping individuals and families overcome challenges by providing a strengths-based approach and teaching healthy coping mechanisms. I believe in the importance of building a safe and trustworthy environment for individuals to heal.
