About
Please contact me via email. I do not check my voicemail regularly. Due to Covid-19, most therapy sessions will be held using telehealth, with very limited availability in person sessions. Entering therapy can be a daunting process. However, the fact that you are searching for a psychologist today is a powerful and important first step towards making positive changes in your life. I believe that therapy is most effective when provided in a warm, empathetic environment with an authentic psychologist.
I am a clinical psychologist with experience working with adults, older adults, and individuals with substance abuse issues. I also provide psychological assessments for individuals of all ages. I practice an integrated approach to therapy, with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral and client centered techniques.
I believe that it is important for a therapist to be nonjudgmental, to create a safe space for each client. My goal is to help empower clients and uncover their strengths in order to learn coping strategies for life transitions, mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse disorders, etc. Email is the most efficient way to contact me.
