I enjoy working with folks from most walks of life, those with body-based concerns such as chronic illness, chronic pain or difficult to diagnose physical symptoms using Somatic Experiencing and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Oftentimes, my work with folks includes an exploration of possible trauma history and early attachment/developmental disruptions affecting relationships today. I work in-person with Cincinnati clients and virtually with TN and NC residents. I have an office in Pleasant Ridge and Camp Washington, the latter where I see folks for trauma resolution intensives and KAP sessions.

Some other areas of experience include the treatment of eating disorders in which I take a body-neutral approach to working with disordered eating and body image concerns. Our work would focus on the integration of the whole person with attention to patterns that developed in the past and may be impacting your life today through use of somatic interventions.

I utilize Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and ketamine assisted therapy which assist in healing nervous system dysregulation, build resilience, support stress management and trauma resolution.
