I work with survivors of interpersonal harm. Some of my clients are finally ready to talk about what happened when they were a child. Some are navigating more recent abuse or trauma. Others aren't sure if what happened to them "counts," or if they're making it a big deal in their mind.
Here's what I know: most survivors of emotional or physical abuse and trauma doubt themselves. They may think it wasn't "bad enough," or that somehow they were responsible.

I tend to be a good fit for young - mid-life professionals and parents. I have experience supporting people impacted by trauma, attachment and relational issues, substance use, postpartum, and anxiety or mood disorders. That said, I am open to working with anyone ages 15 - 115 so long as after our initial consult, I am confident that I can help you.
