I am passionate about helping people grow in their identity, relationships, and self-compassion, identifying personal strengths while developing practical tools. I have worked with teens, individuals and couples in ministry and social work settings for 20+ years. My husband and I have been married for 25 years and are parents to three teen/young adult kids.
