Nevertheless, the everyday demands of life can be just as exhausting. Your boss has been pressuring you to work longer hours because of being short staffed. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, with a focus on your personal self-care, may be complicated.
My goal is to emotionally educate. I focus on how trauma events are the gateways to mental health issues. Therapy is a process of emotional growth and mindfulness. I center on how we can work as a team,so you can create and grow a stronger sense of yourself. I am a graduate of Adler University's Master's Program. I earned my degree in Counseling Psychology
