I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist with 8 years of social work experience and 5 years of clinical therapy experience including working with older teens, families, young adults, and adults.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, prenatal/postpartum care, chronic and terminal illness, OCD, substance use, bipolar disorder, PTSD, trauma, and borderline personality disorder. I also have experience working with eating disorders and psychosis. I have extensive training in DBT (dialectic behavioral therapy), and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy).
