I will work in partnership with you to reach your mental health goals and find relief from your symptoms. I use an individualized person-centered approach, and take pride in building healthy therapeutic relationships with my clients. I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist with 8 years of social work experience and 5 years of clinical therapy experience including working with older teens, families, young adults, and adults.

I specialize in depression, anxiety, prenatal/postpartum care, chronic and terminal illness, OCD, substance use, bipolar disorder, PTSD, trauma, and borderline personality disorder. I have extensive training in DBT (dialectic behavioral therapy), and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy).
