I work with people navigating life transitions, relationship stress, identity questions, grief, and healing from religious or cultural harm. Many of my clients are LGBTQ+ folks, neurodivergent individuals, couples wanting to reconnect, families learning to communicate, or kids struggling to express big feelings. I offer space to explore what matters most, together.

My approach is relational, humanistic, and rooted in social justice. I work from the belief that healing happens together—through honesty, curiosity, and care. Whether we're exploring emotions, working on communication, or sitting in silence, my goal is to meet you where you are with warmth and intention.
