Healing from trauma requires more than talking about what happened. It involves working with the nervous system, emotions, beliefs, relationships, and the body in ways that create lasting change. For over 25 years, I have helped individuals heal from relational, emotional, physical, sexual, and spiritual trauma, as well as anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from advanced training in trauma-focused and somatic therapies to support meaningful healing and growth.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). I am also trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), IMAGO Relationship Therapy, and expressive arts therapies.

As a mother of two, I enjoy working with parents, blended families, and those navigating life transitions. I believe people are remarkably resilient. With compassion, practical tools, and humor, I help clients reconnect with their strengths. My role is to walk beside you as you create a path that feels authentic and meaningful.
