I provide mental health services to children, individuals and families. My approach to therapy is person-centered where my clients are the experts of their life and past experiences. I strive to ensure my clients feel safe and secure within sessions in order to optimize healing and progress. I value assisting each client navigate through their own unique therapeutic journey and would be honored to guide you through yours.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I specialize in working with children, adolescents and young adults. I have experience with individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, intellectual or developmental disabilities as well as family therapy and group therapy. I have training in CBT, Trauma Focused-CBT, EMDR, Play Therapy and Systems Theory.
