My approach to therapy comes from both my life experiences as well as my educational background. I have been through life's struggles and done the work myself. I understand how difficult it can be to navigate the challenges that you are facing, and want to be here to support you, validate you, and lead you to an empowering experience that will create an environment that will allow you to find peace and healing.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are experiencing hardships. I use a combination of theories and approaches to provide individuals with coping skills they need to positively navigate any challenge they may face. I can help you identify the ineffective habits that keep you feeling stuck and find a way to a more positive life.
I offer a non-judgmental, nurturing, and validating space for you to realize your deepest desires, and together we can help you achieve the life you want to live; a life truly worth living. I support and work with LGBTQIA+ individuals, and diverse populations, and offer culturally sensitive counseling. I look forward to hearing what makes you…YOU!
