In our work together, it is my priority to cultivate a space that is free of judgment and feels like an invitation to explore all parts of yourself. I understand the process of healing as non-linear, gut-wrenching at times, yet consistently transformative, and I’m honored for our lives to intersect in this way. As a strengths-based Narrative therapist, I’m seeking to follow your pace as you tell your story, even the parts that are wrapped up in shame, fear, darkness, or confusion. I’ll highlight the parts that let us both into the truth that you hold an innate sense of wisdom and power.
I welcome people of all ages and stages of life, and work with children, adults, couples and partnerships, and families. I’m here to be a curious listener and provide support, and I’m especially passionate about working with relationship challenges, queer and neurodivergent identities, and parent-child dyads.
Starting therapy can feel uncertain and vulnerable, and you are capable of allowing this choice to feel like growth and to acknowledge the discomfort of change. It’s my hope that our work together will guide you to discover that new stories are not only possible, but might exist already.
