I work with individuals to address sexual health related issues that may be getting in the way of a healthy and satisfying sex life. I help couples and individuals to improve overall sexual health and connectedness, while also working to improve overall relationship satisfaction and communication. Issues may include: sexual pain, desire discrepancies, orgasm problems, discomfort with your body image, sexual boredom, etc. I recognize that change can be difficult and seek to provide the support you need to achieve your goals by listening to you, helping to identify the outcome you desire, and motivating you to reach your goals.
My specialties include working with individuals and couples. I have specialized training in Sex Therapy and Sexuality Education. I have completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level I training. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and incorporate these practices into my work with those who have experienced trauma.
The most important part of my job is to always ensure my clients feel welcome and supported by the therapeutic relationship. Helping others and advocating for those that struggle to find their inner voice has always been a passion of mine.
