My goal is to make therapy accessible and culturally intentional for all. I create a safe place to explore a variety of presenting needs. I utilize a person-centered approach because every client is unique! I focus on empowerment; autonomy; broaching cultural topics; and developing skills to achieve goals in any area of life! I specialize in addressing grief/loss; trauma/abuse; promoting self-care; and providing access to culturally intentional care to bridge the gap in mental health care particularly for women and the BIPOC (Black; Indigenous; People of Color) community.
I am an in-network provider with many major insurance companies, and if you’re covered we will bill your plan directly and you’ll only pay a copay (the average copay is $15).
