I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, school-based, home-based, and residential care. This has helped me become experienced in working with diverse populations. My primary therapeutic modalities are dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and motivational interviewing.
My goal is to help you identify stressors and teach you distress tolerance techniques, healthy coping mechanisms, and effective communication skills that can be integrated into your daily life.
