Hi there! I'm a trauma-informed LPC-A who works with individuals aged 12+. My passion is walking alongside survivors of sexual violence. I also eagerly provide healing for those needing support for anxiety, depression, grief, infidelity, and more. My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, which means I believe the most healing happens when you feel genuinely heard, accepted, and understood, without judgment or pressure to act a certain way. I may gently challenge you when I gain insight on your unique experiences to encourage your growth. I am here to walk alongside you as you gain insight, clarity, and self-confidence.
While staying true to a compassionate, person-centered foundation is significant to our time together, I may also incorporate elements of specific modalities such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapies. My specific research interests include attachment theory, polyvagal theory, neurobiology, emotionally focused individual therapy, and trauma-focused CBT.
