I am Ashley Johnson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over five years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about supporting individuals, families, and couples in developing effective coping skills to navigate relational challenges. I specialize in depression, relationships, domestic abuse, family conflict, and women’s issues. I use my professional expertise to empower, educate, and inspire others to become the best version of themselves.
I hold a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Texas at San Antonio. As a U.S. Army veteran, I understand the unique demands and stressors of military life. I am trained in Violence Prevention and Intervention, Life Coaching, and LGBTQ Safe Zone, and utilize CBT, motivation
