The feedback I receive most from clients is that I provide a nonjudgmental space where they feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. I have experience working in multiple settings with various populations, ranging from college students to adults and adolescents in correctional settings. Although I work with a variety of concerns, I’m passionate about my work with anxiety, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I like to balance gentle confrontation with highlighting your strengths, so I tend to work best with clients that are open to feedback and willing to do reflection outside of sessions.
There’s nothing more vulnerable than facing the darkest parts of ourselves, let alone sharing those parts with someone else. The fear that we could feel shame or be judged for our history is a very real experience. Know that regardless of your story so far, I’d be honored and humbled to be a part of the next chapter.
