I work with people who kept the peace by losing themselves. Who learned young that survival meant silence—and they’re finally ready to speak. I work with adults still carrying the scars of childhood trauma. The ones who had to grow up too fast. The ones who were parentified, gaslit, ignored, or used. I work with men who were never allowed to be soft, and women who were told their worth was in their ability to be small, agreeable, and pleasing. I work with people who are angry, anxious, numb, perfectionistic, avoidant, over-functioning—or just deeply, deeply tired.
